Marketing Manager m/w Hips (12-month contract, Belgium, Netherlands)

We are committed to creating an environment where every team member feels included, respected, empowered and recognised. **What You Can Expect** As a Marketing Manager for the Hip segment, you will drive the product portfolio strategy and provide product-specific inputs to the Marketing Lead. You will manage and implement the EMEA segment strategy daily, coordinate NPI (New Product Introduction) plans, and lead projects aimed at portfolio harmonization. Collaborating closely with country management teams, you will develop strategic marketing plans that align with global priorities and EMEA KPIs. **How You'll Create Impact** + Contribute to the development and execution of the EMEA segment strategy for hip implants + Serve as the primary marketing contact for the hip segment in Belgium and neighboring markets + Lead the marketing of Zimmer Biomet’s segment portfolio across EMEA + Support the commercial teams with product expertise through training and key account support + Collaborate with marketing communication partners to shape advertising and communication mix for strategic brands + Work closely with the Zimmer Biomet Institute to develop comprehensive medical training programs for surgical professionals + Develop internal product training and development programs in partnership with the Sales Academy + Coordinate the NPI plan for EMEA and align with demand planning for accurate forecasting + Identify and recommend experts for company-wide activities + Plan marketing initiatives to enhance the attractiveness of focus brands while considering competitive activities + Coach and support sales teams and local commercial leaders in implementing the EMEA segment strategy and achieving sales targets + Provide hands-on support for product launches + Collaborate with other RECON DTS segments to promote cross-selling opportunities **What Makes You Stand Out** + Strong technical knowledge of the hip implant segment + Proven experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies and tactics + Ability to analyze industry trends and apply insights to Zimmer Biomet’s positioning in EMEA + Expertise in new product introductions and executing successful product strategies + Critical thinking and strategic skills to identify new business opportunities + Project management experience + High initiative and agility to respond to new market opportunities quickly + Ability to build credibility quickly with various stakeholders, including senior management (internally and externally) + Excellent communication and presentation skills + Fluent **English** and **Dutch** required + Fluency in French is a significant advantage + Experience working with diverse, cross-country teams **Your Background** + Bachelor’s degree or higher + Several years of experience in project management or sales/marketing, preferably in the medical device industry + Proven track record in implementing and executing sales or marketing strategies at national/international levels within healthcare **Travel Expectations** 40-50% travel within the EMEA region EOE/M/F/Vet/Disability
