Marketing Manager - Innovation Payment

In the future, the company will launch new medicines or indications in therapeutic areas including CV & metabolism, respiratory, oncology, immunology, CNS and retinal health to meet the demand of Chinese patients. **Job Description:** -Design & execute Innovative payment strategy with smart combination with CHI&NRDL -Develop and suggest promotional mix, general & specific promotional programs (hospital, KOL & patient) and focus on the growth of the current product portfolio -Provides strategic leadership for the direction and coordination of all innovative payment activities through execution and evaluation -Lead Innovative payment project execution with project management, including monitoring & controlling based on clear target setting -Define and manage the approval SOP/system with compliance execution and monitoring -Facilitate brand related business plan formulation in payment part -Assess current project performance, develop corrective actions and establish holistic cycle plans,Regular analysis for related KPI,identify trends and compare with competitor benchmark **Job Requirements:** -Bachelor degree and above -At least 5 years of commercial working experience in MNC pharma or Innovative payment companies.
