Kforce has a client that is seeking a Marketing Manager II in Mountain View, CA.
Duties:
* Manages the marketing activities and programs for the organization
* Develops and implements marketing plans to serve the business objectives
* Stays abreast of changes in the marketing environment and coordinates market research projects
* Selects and manages ongoing relationships with different marketing vendors
* May oversees advertising, events and public relationships
* Manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs; True first level manager
* Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets; Has full authority for personnel actions
* Execute lifecycle marketing programs from start to finish
* Identify key customer insights and data needed to construct effective strategies
* Assess and develop strategies to address key business problems in the customer lifecycle - e.g., design multi-channel campaigns to drive customers to the Aha moment, increase their engagement with a product, and overall improve their short-term and long-term retention
* Identify the key performance metrics or indicators to measure success, both leading and lagging indicators
* Plan and manage end-to-end process of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, direct mail, push, SMS, and in-product discovery
* Critically evaluate and size impact of addressing business problems
* Critically size impact of various strategies to address specific problems
* Work with many cross-functional stakeholders and partners to deliver an awesome customer experience
* Own the deliverables, deadlines and measurement of customer IPD, push notification and email/marketing automation campaigns in digital marketing tools to drive usage, conversion, retention, revenue and unit growth.
