The Job:
As a Marketing Manager - HTS, Bangalore, you’ll be part of our T&O Commercial team working as a on-site employee.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for the power tool accessories portfolio, aligning with the company's overall objectives.Brand Management: Elevate brand presence and ensure consistency across all marketing channels. Spearhead brand-building initiatives to enhance brand loyalty and awareness.Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies. Utilize insights to inform marketing strategies and product development.New Product Development and Launch: Lead the development and launch of new power tool accessories, from concept to market introduction. Collaborate with R&D and product teams to ensure product alignment with market needs and brand values. Plan and execute launch campaigns to generate excitement and drive adoption.Demand Forecasting: Develop and implement demand forecasting models to predict market demand for new and existing products. Work closely with sales, finance, and operations teams to ensure inventory levels are aligned with market demand.P&L Management: Assume full responsibility for the profit and loss (P&L) performance of the power tool accessories category. Monitor and manage revenues and costs to ensure financial targets are met or exceeded.Competition Benchmarking: Regularly conduct benchmarking analyses against competitors to understand market position, pricing strategies, and product offerings. Use insights to adjust strategies and maintain competitive advantage.Campaign Management: Design and execute impactful marketing campaigns across traditional platforms. Measure and analyze campaign performance to optimize future efforts.Content Creation: Oversee the creation of compelling marketing materials, including product brochures, digital content, and promotional videos.Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to develop tools and initiatives that support sales objectives. Provide marketing insights and materials to enable effective sales presentations.Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve marketing objectives.Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to ensure cohesive marketing efforts and alignment with business goals.Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Business Administration, from a reputed institute.Minimum of 5 years of management experience, with at least 2 years in a marketing / product management role, preferably in the tools or related industry.Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.Strong understanding of market analysis, brand management, and product development.Experience in demand forecasting, P&L management, competition benchmarking, and pricing strategy.Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to derive insights from data to inform strategies.Creative thinker with a passion for brand-building and storytelling.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.The Details:
