Marketing Manager Alliances and Franchise

We are looking for a highly organized, energetic, self-starter Marketing Manager to join our Alliance & Franchise Marketing team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and supporting internal and partner-facing initiatives that will aid in driving more sales and create more effective strategic alliance sales engagements. The main focus will be lead generation, content creation, and event and webinar management.
To be successful in this role you will need to have strong communication and organizational skills and be able to work collaboratively and cross-functionally with various internal marketing and sales teams, as well as partners and other functions throughout ADP.
This role reports to the VP, Marketing - Alliances and Franchise on the Enterprise Marketing Team.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Partner with Sales, and key stakeholders to create a joint calendar of initiatives to help drive new logo sales, retention and additional business as determined by business needs
+ Develop and implement (with Sales) target account strategies to support account-based selling
+ Work with internal and external teams to create and project manage the design and production of assets for executing integrated marketing campaigns that deliver growth - including tradeshows, events, email campaigns, social media and other channels
+ Collaborate across ADP for planning events, webinars, or industry tradeshows including project management, asset creation, staffing, and other deliverables as defined
+ Develop communications and announcements to amplify content and assist with the rollout of marketing initiatives to educate the sales teams, partners, or other stakeholders
+ Manage and track marketing deliverables and report on progress, campaign and event results, and keep marketing event calendars updated
+ Manage inventory of marketing assets for quality control, brand and legal reviews/approvals and update and maintain in Seismic and/or Partner Management System (PRM)
+ Manage and maintain event inventory, purchasing and shipping to events, sales offices, and partners (enabled via third-party)
+ Utilize ADP brand guidelines and design/create/update/manage content templates for customized sellsheets, social media tiles or videos in support of partner marketing initiatives using Canva, Adobe or similar
+ Introduce other channels, process and ideas to drive efficiencies and results
+ Assist the Alliance and Franchise leaders with strategic initiatives, as well as event contract and invoice process management, budget forecasting, and results tracking

**Requirements:**
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Communications, or equivalent
+ Required experience: at least of 3 years of marketing experience
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with tools such as: Salesforce.com, On24, WebEx, ADOBE, Canva, Workfront, Seismic or PRM a plus
+ Strong project management skills with superb attention to detail
+ Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and facilitation skills, with a results-oriented mindset and a high sense of urgency
+ Proven history of managing multiple projects on tight deadlines and driving meaningful results
+ Experience in large, complex, matrixed organizations
+ Familiarity with marketing content tracking across multiple channels, performance assessment, and actionable insights a plus
+ Knowledge of payroll and HCM market categories a plus, with Global Payroll knowledge an advantage
+ Partner marketing experience a plus, with ERP/System Integrator marketing experience an advantage
+ Account-based Marketing (ABM) experience a plus
Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. The compensation for this role is $71,600.00 - $145,200.00 / Year
