What will I be doing?
As a Marketing Manager you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Key Responsibilities
Development and implementation of an effective marketing strategy for the hotel, food and drink venues and SpaSupport in the development and creation of the marketing plan for the hotel, F&B venues, and the spaEnsuring alignment of all local marketing initiatives with the brand’s regional and global marketing activitiesSupporting the Commercial Manager/Director and Regional Commercial Team in aligning hotel-specific needs with central marketing initiativesManagement and control of the marketing budget, including efficient allocation of resourcesOversight and strategic direction of our social media presence in collaboration with our social media agency – including content planning, trend analysis, and performance reviewCreation of in-house collateral such as flyers, menus, digital TV content, signature banners, sales collateral and other communication materialsEnsuring adherence to brand standards and guidelines across all marketing materialsCoordination and close collaboration with external PR and marketing agenciesOrganization and coordination of professional photo and video shootsContent management for our hotel website, spa website and relevant third-party platforms (e.g. OTAs, event portals, etc.)Supporting all departments with graphic design and marketing-related inquiries and needsCollaboration: Working with outsourced teams to ensure marketing/PR/social media strategies align with overall hotel goals and customer expectationsCreation of presentations and reports for Commercial Director/Manager and stakeholdersWhat are we looking for?
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Proven Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the hospitality or tourism industry.
Excellent communication skills in both German and English, written and verbal
Experience in creating creative and brand-compliant content
