ADI now have the opportunity for a Marketing Manager to join our International Marketing Teambased from our office in Ishøj, Denmark.
In this role you will drive the marketing initiatives for the Nordics region by defining, developing and executing the Trading plan aligned with the company strategy. The role delivers the communications projects in the areas of advertising, PR, Events, Trade shows and all internal and external communication.
As the Marketing Manager you will work closely with the country sales leadership, category marketing, DX team and sales to ensure the right plans are in place and the correct marketing materials and tools are developed. The position reports directly to the International Marketing Communications Director with matrix reporting into the Country Sales leader.
JOB DUTIES
Define and implement marketing programs for the business that are aligned with input from the Country Sales Leader, International Marketing and local Category Management; with a clear focus on maximizing ROI and setting goals based on revenue, margin and active customer base targets. Working with the Category Managers, build relationships with key supplier partners to leverage marketing development funds for campaign execution. Liaise with the suppliers for the marketing content. Work with local category management, sales, DX team and suppliers to develop targeted marketing campaigns promoting key products/solutions through an omnichannel marketing approach using both traditional and digital marketing. Build and deliver compelling email campaigns using Marketo and analyse results to grow customer engagement. Delivery of regular internal communications and management of local email distribution lists. Ensuring campaigns are adhering to brand guidelines. Coordinate the production of the Monthly Sales Flyer and other marketing collaterals including solution brochures and catalogues. Ensure content is provided on time and correctly from category management, and ensure a high quality of proofreading. Work with the International Demand Generation Manager to devise prospecting and retention programmes for the Marketing Automation Tool and obtain sales alignment for successful follow-up. Support International and local leadership in developing a deeper understanding of our customers and competitors, and utilise this knowledge to drive continual improvement of the marketing. Budget management, monthly monitoring of all expenses and vendor income and establishing a tight cooperation with local finance. Maximising the financial support from vendors, measuring the results and initiating next steps. Build relationships with the local trade press, ensuring that ADI receives strong share of voice for all brand communication. Work on Awards entries for key industry awards. Work closely with the International Expos & Events Manager on all major events like the ADI Expo program, Kick offs, Trade Shows, Regional trade press events, Vendor Symposium and Supplier roadshows. Define dates and locations, select the right venues. Coordinate the communications to customers, vendors and internal stakeholders. Execute all event logistics. Budget and ROI management including vendor income invoicing. Working closely with the International design team, devising comprehensive and accurate briefs for all campaign activity Working closely with the International digital merchandising team to coordinate the publication of content on the website
YOU MUST HAVE:
Previous marketing communication experience within B2B business area and management of multiple campaigns at the same time Strong written and verbal communications skills, professional proficiency in Danish. Experience working with CRM or marketing automation tools e.g. Marketo or Salesforce.com Good analytical skills, strong project & budget management skills.
