As a Marketing Manager on the Brand & Advertising team, you’ll lead the development of bold, “unstuffy” advertising programs and communications that drive action and build trust with financial advisors. You’ll collaborate with agency partners and internal teams to identify effective strategies, leverage emerging media opportunities, and apply data insights to optimize campaign performance.

Required Qualifications:
3–5 years of experience in marketing and advertising.Proven ability to manage advertising and social media programs, either agency-side or in-house.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with both digital and traditional marketing channels.Marketing and advertising experience in financial services or another regulated B2B environment.Strong track record in writing clear creative briefs, leading kickoff meetings, executing brand campaigns, and measuring impact.Exceptional project management skills, with success in coordinating complex initiatives across business units.Demonstrated ability to manage external vendors and deliver results on time and within budget.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Experience evangelizing a campaign’s vision and getting colleagues on board.
