Your Role

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive business growth. In this role, you’ll develop and execute integrated marketing plans, manage campaigns and events, and align closely with sales to generate leads and boost revenue.

Your Impact Plan and deliver marketing campaigns, events, and initiatives to meet lead and revenue targets Deploy digital, email, and event-based marketing tools to support sales strategies Manage marketing budgets and track ROI to ensure profitable growth Lead product and service launches with strong digital and influencer strategies Drive e-commerce and web marketing to increase online sales Ensure CRM data quality and support sales productivity Oversee merchandising and stock control Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team About You

What you should bring:

Experience in a similar role and in fast-paced multinational environments Degree in Business Administration or other relevant fields (preferred) Strategic mindset with a proven ability to execute and deliver results Experience in P&L management and strong financial acumen Skilled in sales network management, project management, and organizational processes Excellent communication, presentation and problem-solving skills Strong leadership that energizes teams and builds customer trust Technogym is an Equal Opportunities Employer
