Shape and maintain consistent messaging across all platforms that highlights our niche in OT cybersecurity.
Develop productized messaging for DFIR, IDAM, Engineering, Delivery, and MSSP services aligned to industry trends.
Content and Thought Leadership
Drive the creation of whitepapers, case studies, blogs, analyst briefings, and executive talking points.
Collaborate with SMEs and service heads to publish technical content for OT/IT audiences.
Digital Marketing and Demand Generation
Plan and execute digital campaigns (LinkedIn, email marketing, SEO/SEM) to support lead generation and partner outreach.
Maintain and optimize the company website and digital assets with clear CTAs and service offerings.
Partner and Field Marketing
Support joint GTM efforts with technology partners and OEMs through co-branded assets, webinars, and partner events.
Develop sales enablement material including pitch decks, brochures, solution one-pagers, and video explainers.
Events and Thought Leadership
Organize participation in cybersecurity conferences, webinars, CISO roundtables, and client workshops.
Manage speaking opportunities and press coverage for senior leaders.
Marketing Ops and Metrics
Manage campaign calendars, budgets, and vendors (creative, media, PR).
Track KPIs such as MQLs, website traffic, engagement rates, campaign ROI, and brand sentiment.
Skills:
Excellent written and visual storytelling skills. Strong command of content marketing, digital tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, LinkedIn Campaign Manager), and CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot). Proficient in managing agencies, events, and media relationships. Collaborative, with the ability to work across technical and business teams.Personality Traits

Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration. Certifications in digital marketing, HubSpot, or SEO/SEM tools preferred.Experience:
8 + years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in cybersecurity, IT services, or industrial tech. Experience working in or marketing to critical infrastructure sectors like energy, manufacturing, transport, or utilities is highly desirable. Strong exposure to marketing enterprise services vs. just product offerings.
