This Position reports to:
Sales ManagerWe are looking for a visionary and experienced Marketing Manager to lead and integrate core marketing functions that drive customer engagement and business growth. This is a leadership role, requiring people management experience and a strong foundation in B2B marketing.
As the Marketing Manager, you will own the company’s marketing strategy and execution, working closely with the management team to reinforce ABB Emergency Lighting products as the market leader in industry. You will be responsible for building and leading a high-performance marketing team, optimizing the customer acquisition funnel, and fueling revenue growth through data-driven marketing programs. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, strong leadership and executional excellence to scale the company’s marketing efforts.
This position reports directly to the Sales and Marketing Manager.
The work model for the role is hybrid.
This role is contributing to the Emergency Lighting division in the North America region (office located in Montreal). Main stakeholders are sales, product, customers, and operations.
