Responsibilities

Summary:

Manages campaigns to existing membership base to increase customer retention and drive revenue. Identifies and targets customer segments through various channels primarily email and SMS. Accountable for campaign performance and serve as an internal subject matter expert. Optimizes available resources and works with internal partners to help execute online and offline strategies supporting behavioral-based marketing. 

 

 

Responsibilities

 Leads the development of marketing and promotional materials and strategies furthering the member experience and ultimately renewal/retention. 

Cultivates and develops the customer base through effective segmentation and campaign management. 

Manages cross-functional projects from initiation to completion by working with key stakeholders.  

Identifies infrastructure and process enhancements and supports and leads respective initiatives to improve campaign development and management. 

Creates and executes specific campaign programs including performance tracking and the identification of gap-closing measures. 

Communicates campaign program success metrics to internal stakeholders and management. 

Monitors and analyzes metrics and outcomes of each campaign. 

Display ownership behavior in identifying and solving business problems. 

Must be able to build relationships and influence across all functional areas of the business. 

  Qualifications

Job Requirements 

4+ years of relevant marketing experience 

Experience in marketing segmentation strategies preferred 

Excellent analytical skills required 

Knowledge of marketing principles and practices required 

Knowledge of CRM (Customer Relationship Marketing) preferred 

Strong project management and time management skills required 

Excellent business writing skills required 

Basic HTML skills preferred 

Strong public-speaking and presentation skills preferred 

Computer skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) required

 

Minimum Education, Licensure and Professional Certification requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field required 

 

Minimum Experience required (number of years necessary to perform role): 5+ years of marketing social media experience

Other/State Specific

This role pays between $85,900/Yr to $107,400/Yr , and your actual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, responsibilities, experience, and location.
