Develop comprehensive marketing plans, aligned with overall business objectives.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify target audiences, market trends, and growth opportunities with a focus on the food industryDevelop and execute creative marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, print, professional marketing, etc.).Manage marketing budgets and track return on investment (ROI) for marketing initiatives.Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, and suppliers) to ensure consistent and effective brand messaging.Manage and maintain relationships with key external partners (marketing agencies, food companies)Stay up-to-date on industry trends and innovations in food marketing
Requirements:
Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or ManagementAt least 3 years of experience in marketing management.Knowledge of marketing, project management, and budget control.Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.Strong understanding of the food industry, regulatory environment, and marketing best practices.Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.Team building and communication management skills.
