Compensation: $60,000 to $80,000 per year
Summary:
The ideal candidate Marketing Manager must be creative, resourceful, and possess the ability to work in a fast paced environment. Additional skills include the ability to:
Establish strategic marketing plans to achieve corporate objectives for products, services, plans and executes appropriate property advertising plan, including but not limited to, coordination of messaging and creative, budgeting and vendor relations. Develop and execute marketing programs to achieve stated objectives regarding revenue, profitability, and market share. Plan and oversee execution of promotional activities including print, electronic media, trade show, direct mail, point-of-purchase displays, and signage. Analyze marketing programs and adjust strategy and tactics to increase effectiveness. Maintain customer database and approve the use of internal and external mailing lists. Oversee Marketing Department activities, such as providing post-event reports, analyzing, and providing regular status reports on marketing programs and promotions.QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university preferred. Two to five years related gaming experience and Player tracking experience is preferred. Possess excellent presentation and communication skills and have the ability to focus on multiple tasks and deadlines, and effectively prioritize and manage them. Possess strong PC skills (Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Must have advanced database knowledge and attention to detailPrimary Duties:
Develop, retain and acquire new and existing gaming Effectively manage customer gaming Develop and maintain policies and procedures and standards relating to database management and monitors transaction Plan and execute appropriate property advertising plan Oversee the development and production of monthly direct mail programs, including list generation, creation of offers, creative, production, and implementation and post campaign analyses. Create promotions/proposals, propose ideas to promote facility Manage brand direction and marketing Must have strong verbal and written communication skills including the ability to give a professional and effective presentation and write complex Responsible for all direct mail programs. Must be able to work with each profit center associated with the Konocti Vista Casino to maximize profits. Conduct player analysis & study player interest, comprehension and reaction of Konocti Vista Casino and competitor offers. Create marketing strategy for gaming/hotel/restaurant. Identify target markets and develop strategies to communicate effectively with these & obtain feedback from casino/hotel/restaurant personnel and marketing on promotional/direct mail Review and analyze results and prepare recommendations Develop and administer player marketing programs Conduct an analysis on the results and communicate results to the General Manager Study methods of improving analysis Responsible for coordinating, generating and distribution of win/loss statements upon Responsible for assisting with report writing including, but not limited to pro/post form(s), competitive analysis and demographic reports. Must be multi-task oriented and able to work on several projects at the same time. Must possess the ability to coordinate a high level of activity under a variety of conditions and constraints and remain Complete other duties as assigned by the General ManagerReports to & Supervises
