Marketing Manager

I’m recruiting on behalf of a fast‑growing, vendor‑neutral systems integrator that designs, delivers and manages contact‑centre and unified‑communications solutions for enterprise clients. The firm has a 35‑year heritage, 350 staff worldwide and a collaborative culture that gives marketers direct exposure to senior leadership.

Why this hire matters

You will be the first dedicated marketer in the UK, owning programs that turn awareness into qualified pipeline and customer advocacy. Expect plenty of autonomy alongside close partnership with sales and corporate‑communications teams.

Key responsibilities

Plan and execute UK demand‑generation and account‑based campaigns that feed a growing sales pipeline

Manage joint marketing with leading cloud CX vendors, including MDF planning and ROI reporting

Create sales‑enablement assets—case studies, playbooks, success stories—that shorten deal cycles

Deliver virtual and in‑person events, representing the brand at C‑suite level

Maintain accurate campaign data in Salesforce and turn insights into improvements

Collaborate with corporate‑comms on PR and thought‑leadership to raise share of voice

Success indicators

Pipeline and MQL targets achieved within the first two quarters

Partner MDF fully utilised with clear return on investment

Events that deliver measurable revenue influence and positive NPS

Your background

3–6 years of B2B marketing (demand gen, field, growth or campaign) in tech or SaaS

Hands‑on Salesforce experience plus a marketing‑automation platform (HubSpot, Pardot, Marketo, etc.)

Proven ability to scope, build, launch and optimise campaigns without heavy oversight

Confidence engaging internal executives and external C‑level audiences

Event ownership skills and willingness to travel when required

Broad understanding of cloud software and communications; CCaaS/UCaaS knowledge is a bonus, not mandatory

Proactive, data‑driven mindset and low‑ego, "get things done" attitude

Offer package

£41,000 – £65,000 base salary

Discretionary annual bonus linked to company and personal performance

Hybrid model: Tuesday–Thursday in a central‑London office; Monday & Friday from home
