Your Challenge:

As Marketing Manager Crop Protection, you will be responsible for

Market Analysis: conduct market opportunity assessments, including analysis of market size, growth rates, key trends, competitive landscape, and market segmentation to identify opportunities that address customer needs and drive business growth.Strategic Planning: develop and implement annual and long-term marketing plans, defining the marketing mix to drive brand awareness, lead generation and product adoption.Go to market & Demand Generation strategy: Work closely with the commercial leaders to define the go-to-market strategies, including channel development, demand generation and customer segmentation.Campaign Management: execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and events, ensuring alignment with SECU and Country goals. Provide marketing support, develop sales materials and coordinate promotional activities.Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with regulatory, supply chain, and product development teams to ensure seamless product launches that offer complementary value to customers.Product launches: plan and execute product launches, ensuring alignment with SECU and Country strategies and market needs.Reporting: monitor and report on market trends, campaign performance, and competitive activities. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.Customer Engagement: Engage with key customers and stakeholders to gather feedback, understand needs, and build strong relationships.People leadership: guide and support coaching and skill development plans tailored to improve the capabilities of marketing, sales and technical teams, with an emphasis on understanding and addressing customer requirements. Foster a culture that encourages collaboration and innovation.

Marketing Manager Crop Protection is pivotal in shaping the company’s strategic vision by keeping the customer at the heart of all planning. This role leads the development of a customer-focused Growth Plan, setting clear, customer-oriented goals and creating an environment where these can be achieved in the short, medium, and long term. This involves optimizing processes, overseeing projects, and nurturing team growth with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction.

To Grow What Matters, You Will Need

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Agriculture, or a related field. An MBA would be a plus.Experience: Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience in the agriculture or crop protection industry.Skills: Strong analytical skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities, proficiency in marketing tools and software, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the crop protection market, including key trends, challenges, and opportunities.Languages: Fluency in English is an asset
