Job Title: Marketing Manager

Compensation: 70K-85K
Contractor Work Model: Onsite
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm
We’re partnering with a growing company, a prominent management player in the landscape care industry, that’s looking for a Marketing Manager ready to take the next step in their career. This role is a great fit for someone who has served as a Marketing Coordinator at a large organization and is looking for more ownership and leadership in a smaller, more agile environment.
The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, outgoing, and enjoys blending creative work with strategic thinking. If you’ve got experience writing blogs, attending trade shows, staying up to speed on AI trends, and maybe even flying a drone—this could be a great next move.
Key Responsibilities:Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
Create engaging content for blogs, social media, and email marketing
Design digital assets and marketing materials using creative software
Manage website updates and ensure content aligns with SEO best practices
Oversee SEO and paid advertising campaigns for maximum ROI
Coordinate and represent the company at trade shows and industry events
Collaborate with outside marketing partners and vendors
Analyze market trends and customer data to inform strategy
Contribute to sales forecasts, pricing, and go-to-market plans
Support product development with market research and customer feedback
Train internal teams on marketing processes and tools
Negotiate vendor contracts for marketing-related services
Take on additional projects and duties as needed
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
3–5 years of relevant experience, ideally in a B2B setting
Strong grasp of digital marketing, SEO/SEM, content creation, and analytics
Proficient in tools like Google Ads, Canva/Adobe Suite, Mailchimp, WordPress, and social media platforms
Excellent communication and project management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally in a fast-paced setting
Physical Requirements:Must be able to sit and work at a computer for extended periods
Occasionally lift up to 15 pounds
