Job Summary:

We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Marketing Manager to lead strategic marketing initiatives within our Oncology Business Unit. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing, with a passion for oncology and a proven track record of driving product growth and market penetration.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and plans for oncology products, aligned with business goals and market needs.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Sales, Market Access, and Regional & Global teams to ensure cohesive product messaging and positioning.

Conduct market research and market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer insights. Manage product launches, promotional campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives to maximize brand awareness and adoption.

Oversee marketing budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships to ensure efficient and effective campaign execution.

Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies in all marketing activities.

Represent the Business Unit at industry conferences, advisory boards, and stakeholder meetings.

 

Position Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of marketing experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industry

Proven ability to develop and implement successful marketing strategies and campaigns.

Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Experience working with cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and data analytics tools to optimize marketing performance

Ability to travel as needed

High command of English and Turkish (written and spoken)
