We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Marketing Manager, Digital Commercialisation.

Principal Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and monitor targeted marketing campaigns across various channels, especially Eloqua and Microsoft DynamicsEvaluate campaign performance and effectiveness, using insights to refine strategies and drive continuous improvement in customer engagement and pipeline accelerationDevelop and implement strategies to engage both prospects and customers during their lifecycle, from brand to demand and analyse customer data to identify trends and opportunities for enhancing the CX and increasing lifetime valueBe hands on across a range of tools and platforms: Eloqua, CRM, Heap Web Analytics, Google Marketing Platform (GMP), Tealium Audience Stream, and various contact level data to support the optimisation of driving commercial growth across the digital journeyPartner with global, regional, and local teams to develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with our overall business objectivesContinuously monitor and analyse digital marketing performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to optimise campaignsSupport marketing and key business stakeholders across priority product and sectors to build out best-in-class digital journeysShowcase curiosity, adaptability, and a growth mindset to learn, problem-solve, and contribute positively to the teamProvide strategic guidance and thought leadership on the latest digital marketing trends, best practices, and emerging technologiesStay up to date with industry regulations and compliance requirements related to digital marketing, ensuring adherence and mitigating risks

5 to 7 years of experience in digital marketing or relevant field Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights to drive marketing performance and ROIProven track record of successfully developing and implementing digital marketing strategies and capabilities, especially in Customer Lifecycle Management (CLCM), Account Based Marketing (ABM), or Audience SegmentationIn-depth knowledge of digital marketing technologies, tools, and platforms, including but not limited to marketing automation, customer data platform, account-based marketing, event management, analytics, experimentation, and content management systemsStrong understanding of digital marketing best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologiesStrong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving innovation and continuous improvementExceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organizationAbility to thrive in an agile, fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneouslyKnowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements related to digital marketing, including data privacy and consumer protection regulations
