Driving marketing initiatives to grow APP payment share in offline stores

We are seeking a dynamic marketing professional to drive customer acquisition and payment acceptance for Amazon Pay across offline retail stores in India. This role will develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies, drive the Go-To-Market (GTM) for offline payment solutions, create engaging customer communications, and lead co-marketing campaigns with merchants. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external retail partners to deliver measurable results in offline payment adoption.


Key job responsibilities
* Work on creating compelling customer value proposition and messaging frameworks for target segments across different retail categories to improve conversion rates and product usage
* Design and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies that drive awareness, acquisition and engagement
* Build and implement data-driven marketing campaigns by analyzing merchant segments and adoption patterns
* Guide creative development of merchant-focused marketing materials that reflect the value proposition and resonate with customers
* Build relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives
* Collaborate with merchant marketing teams for combined approach leveraging own and partner channels to acquire customers
* Measure, analyze, and report on key performance metrics including marketing effectiveness, transaction volumes, and retention
