The opportunity:

We are seeking a results-driven and collaborative Marketing Manager, AIA Vitality Projects to join our high-performing team on a 6-month contract based in Sydney or Melbourne. This role is critical in leading customer communication initiatives and supporting three key insurance projects across the Group and Retail space.

You’ll bring strong experience in managing customer communications, a creative and solution-focused mindset, and the ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy bringing people together to deliver outstanding work.
 

To do this successfully you will:

Support Senior Manager AIA Vitality Marketing to onboard key superannuation fund (key group insurance client) clients to access AIA Vitality

Support external superannuation fund stakeholders in the development and execution of customer marketing communication plans

As the project lead, support AIA Vitality health and wellbeing program integration in Bancassurance distribution channel

Plan and execute all AIA Vitality updates that need to be made to support Bancassurance product

As the project lead, support Retail Advised 2025/26 initiatives, including deeper integration between traditional insurance products and AIA Vitality

Plan and execute all AIA Vitality-related updates that need to be made to support/introduce new Retail product enhancements

Work with internal CRM team to establish impacts to triggered comms/customer journeys

Successful applications will demonstrate:

Experience in a Customer Marketing or Communication Manager role preferably within insurance or wider financial services industry

Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills – confident in engaging, influencing and aligning diverse stakeholders

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and deliver to tight deadlines

Strong creative judgement and ability to translate complex information into clear, customer-friendly messaging

Commercial acumen and a pragmatic, solutions-oriented mindset
