Position Summary

The Marketing Lead will work closely with the Director of Marketing to strategize, develop and manage campaigns supporting business goals across direct-to-patient, physician, and payor channels. You will drive awareness and usage of DaVita's community programs and partnership activations at both local and national levels.

Key responsibilities include:

Building a robust understanding of priority business partners' goals, challenges, market barriers, competitive insights, and value propositionsManaging comprehensive marketing campaigns from strategy and content development to digital marketing and social media supportCollaborating across marketing and communications teams on internal and external plans and tacticsProviding analytics, reporting, and relationship management

This position offers exposure to senior executives and teammates across the organization. Success requires leveraging critical thinking across multiple disciplines to provide guidance and ensure strong plan execution in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience)3-5 years of experience in marketing principles and best practicesExperience with market research, segmentation, and engaging healthcare stakeholders (agency experience preferred)Background supporting digital marketing campaigns to shift attitudes, behaviors, and drive engagementStrong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data, make data-driven recommendations, and manage dashboardsAdvanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Smart Sheet)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsBasic presentation skillsDetail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyComfort with ambiguity and adaptability to changing prioritiesEstablished project management skills, including planning, relationship building, and time managementService-oriented approach with strong interpersonal skills and high accountabilityResilience and ability to maintain positive attitude through setbacks

Salary/ Wage Range

$56,500.00 - $75,500.00 / year
