Job purpose
Strategic Leadership:
Lead and formulate marketing strategies for the overall Diabetes portfolio, defining strategic priorities and growth opportunities
Embrace digital, AI and data analytics to drive modernization and new ways of working
Business Planning & Performance:
Develop and drive short and long-term Product/Therapeutic Portfolio objectives to achieve profit goals
Monitor and analyze market dynamics to recommend timely action plans
Track and optimize A&P spending against agreed budget, adjusting allocations based on market conditions
Execution & Oversight:
Drive implementation of marketing strategies to meet sales, profit, and growth objectives
Ensure effective delivery of product information, medical services, and marketing activities to customers
People Development:
Develop and coach Product Managers to build team capabilities
Key Responsibilities
Lead and provide in time coach to PMs to formulate marketing & promotion plan based on market research and provide strategy to achievement business objectives.
Develop marketing strategy and tactics to meet business priority and market dynamics.
Provide timely forecast to ensure the business opportunity and risk are fully reflected.
Lead the team to accelerate business transformation and ways of working.
Implement the development and validation of long range planning and forecasting models for budget and production needs of the brand to ensure accuracy.
Implement the development of positioning and key strategies for the responsible product groups via the brand planning process.
Cooperate with commercial leads for the area strategy to achieve sales target.
Monitor and reinforce training to sales force to increase their competitive edge.
Develop and maintain market intelligence databases.
A&P management to create business impact and in line with phasing spending.
Integral part of cross-functional brand team through the development working relationships with clinical, medical regulatory affairs, sales and finance departments.
Ensure the development of professional skills among PMs and other marketing personnels.
Develop professional working relationship with sales managers and representatives where appropriate.
Undertake duties in accordance with Company policies and SOP.

About you
Education
B.Sc. degree or above, with major in Pharmacy or related Health Sciences.
M.Sc. or MBA, with time abroad will be a plus.
Experience & Knowledge
At least 7~8 years experience in marketing management in major Pharmaceutical/FMCG Company.
2~3 years people management experience is a plus
Proficient in spoken and written Chinese and English, with strong presentation and communication skills
Experience in new product launches is a must
