ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT
The Export Distributor Markets teams (EDM) is responsible for the full portfolio of Coty Consumer Beauty brands, including Make-up, Scenting and Body Care categories in 35 markets across Europe.
This team offers a great opportunity to build experience in regional management, brand portfolio management and involves collaboration with multiple stakeholders across countries and functions.
THE ROLE

If so, we’d love to hear from you! Our Coty Export Europe team is looking for an Assistant Brand Manager to work on Max Factor.
In this role, you will report into the Junior Brand Manager and support her in creating and implementing 360 local marketing strategies to drive growth across the Export Europe markets.
You will also work closely with cross-functional departments such as Influencer Marketing, Merchandising, Sales and Media.
This role is a great opportunity to discover the full process of in-market product launch & many different aspects of local marketing focusing on both long-term brand building, as well as shorter-term business drivers like trade activations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Launch Readiness & Management
Assist Junior Brand Manager with new product launches across the region Track IMP changes on on-going basis, update and communicate changes via monthly newsletters, and maintain Marketing Folders up to date Support the JBM with initiatives forecasting, pricing analysis and samples distribution Conduct post launch analysis reports for top countries
Marketing Project Management
Work closely with the JBM and Influencer Marketing team to ensure flawless execution of influencer campaigns (briefing, shipment of products, content review, etc.) Support JBM and cross-functional teams in the implementation of 360 marketing campaigns (eComm, media, merchandising, etc.) Assist in the development of marketing materials and internal presentations Support with assortment management (product catalogues), distributors requests, price lists updates, discontinuations follow up, registration process, etc.Analysis and Monitoring:
Monitor and analyze marketing activities to measure effectiveness and recommend improvements Proactively identify key consumer beauty trends Conduct periodic sell-in and sell-out analysis for key markets

Min qualification
Recently graduated or currently studying (Business/Management/Economics/Marketing) Languages: fluency in English Passion for beauty and our brands Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong skills in PowerPoint and Excel

This internship is full-time (38 hours per week), for a duration of 6 months running from +/- 1ST September 2025 up to +/- 28th February 2026.
You will receive an internship allowance.
The internship can be combined with a thesis. Be aware that this will largely have to be done in your own time.
