As a Performance Marketing Intern, you will support the marketing team in executing data-driven digital campaigns that drive growth, conversions, and ROI. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn the ropes of digital advertising, analytics, and campaign optimization across platforms like Lazada, Shopee and TikTok, and e-commerce channels.
You will assist in managing paid media campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and implementing strategies to optimize ad spend and achieve key business objectives. This is a hands-on role designed to develop your skills in digital marketing performance, e-commerce strategies, and analytics.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Assist in planning, launching, and optimizing paid media campaigns (Lazada, Shopee and Tiktok Ads, etc.)
· Monitor ad performance and assist in analyzing key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS
· Help create campaign reports and actionable insights based on performance data
· Support A/B testing initiatives for creatives, copy, and audiences
· Coordinate with creatives team for ad materials needed (banners, videos, copies)
· Conduct competitor research and identify trends in digital marketing
· Contribute ideas for campaign improvement and audience engagement strategies
· Learn and use marketing tools like e-commerce ad dashboards etc.
· Support Admin Task (if needed)
· Support Audit and Quality Checking (if needed)
