**Responsibilities**

The Growth Marketing and Digital Experience (GMDx) Team is looking for a Marketing Intern.
This is a remote, hourly paid position, requiring a commitment of 20 hours/week for 12 weeks.
**What You Will Do**
The Marketing Intern will support a wide range of projects across Ascension’s Marketing function, including content creation, social media management, campaign planning and execution, project management assistance, and other duties as assigned. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to cross-market and system-wide initiatives. The intern will collaborate with team members while also managing independent projects, using sound judgment within established parameters. The ideal candidate is a confident, results-driven professional with strong interpersonal, organizational, and multi-tasking skills who can work independently and represent Ascension effectively with stakeholders.
**Responsibilities**
+ Create engaging, shareable content for use across a variety of channels including web and social media
+ Assist with the implementation and facilitation of projects and campaigns
+ Create project management artifacts and reports to share the status of initiatives
+ Assist with meeting management and coordination across Marketing department
+ Create, edit, and refine presentations for leadership and cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication of strategic priorities and project updates
+ Supports Marketing leaders and staff to implement resources locally and nationally
**Requirements**
Education:
+ High school diploma equivalency OR Enrolled in accredited program specific to discipline required.

+ Strong strategic thinking, project management, and analytical skills
+ Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to present thoughts clearly and professionally
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

+ Familiarity with social media platforms including Facebook, X, and Instagram
+ Previous experience in healthcare or interest in the field a plus
