Why this job is important:

HamiltonAI is a Media & Marketing AI Platform that helps marketers optimize future media investments and predict business outcomes. This role is essential to ensure our customers receive high-quality models in a timely fashion. As a Marketing Intelligence Analyst, you will contribute to the optimization of investments in media and predictions of business outcomes, helping marketers make informed decisions.

What you’ll be doing:

Building Bayesian models using our proprietary autoML-type software.Validating models to ensure accuracy and reliability.Sharing outcomes and passing on models to internal collaborators.Providing feedback and suggestions for new features to improve the modeling platform.

The ideal skills & experience:

A degree or equivalent experience in Business Analytics, Econometrics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Science, Mathematics, or applicable field.Domain expertise in media, advertising, or marketing.Effective communication, critical thinking, handle multiple customer projects, patient, detail-focused, enthusiastic learner.Experience with the following:  Bayesian statistics  Marketing mix modeling experience  Explaining modelling outputs to business stakeholders/non technical audiences Visual autoML software (such as DataRobot, Dataiku, etc) Experience from a technology / product company would be beneficial
