The PositionMain Tasks & Responsibilities :
Contribute to business planning at the company leadership level to develop a market strategy that is consistent with the organization’s overall mission, vision, and long-term objectives. Lead, direct, and control all marketing policies, programs and activities. Monitor, analyze, and evaluate market trends, customer behaviors and competitor activity to identify market opportunities. Adjust marketing strategy and plan to meet changing markets and competitive conditions.Build relationships with strategic customers to maximize the organization’s business interests. Establish Diagnostics China CML RCR scientific branding and supervise related marketing campaigns & promotions. Establish and maintain a consistent corporate image throughout all product lines, promotional materials, and events, and oversee development and maintenance of customer database.Liaise with other senior executives across the organization to ensure that marketing strategy and activities are integrated with other parts of the business and align with the overall department objectivesIntegral involvement in the generation and provision of regional business support information, including key competitor monitoring, market information (sizing, share and trends), and fact bases to support business decision making in this market segment Maintain a comprehensive understanding of scientific/clinical data and literature related to relevant product, competitor products, disease areas, and effectively transfers appropriate clinical/scientific information to key RMT personnel and external customers for business-related or educational purposesDetermine agencies and suppliers of record, and negotiate contract terms and conditions for major services.Develop strategic plan and build relationships in the medical community at all levels to drive and promote clinical value for portfolio of indication parameters in China to facilitate successful growthLead national CVM team to achieve sales target of specific product line to help achieving National targetDevelop and implement region specific marketing promotion plan for the five product panels. Develop and maintain national & regional key opinion leaders Lead and develop the Marketing Leads and Regional CVM Leads in overall competitiveness & capabilities, and build up a strong successor pipeline.Education& Qualifications:
Preferably Ph.D., M.D. and equivalent combination of education and work-related experienceAdditional Business qualification is highly desirableGood convincing and negotiation skills with ability to clearly present and articulate a business positionAbility to interact with peer groups and respond to questions in a manner consistent with professional scientific etiquette Ability to achieve goals with minimal to moderate supervision and direction Strong professional and interpersonal skills to effectively operate on a global basis (i.e., aptitude for working with diverse cultural groups and appreciation of business or social dictums within disparate entities)Strategic and forward thinkingProficiency in both spoken and written EnglishExperience:
10 years working experience in a similar capacity and in a similar industrySolid commercial acumen which can be demonstrated by previous successes in bringing the benefits of sales, marketing, or operational experience to bear to solve business issues or capitalize on market opportunitiesStrong track record in prioritizing and simultaneously managing multiple projects (activities) in a fast paced environment for timely completion of projectsValues & Core Competencies
