Major Challenges :
The key challenge in this role is to effectively manage the diverse data requirements and associated analytics. Given the nature of Telecom business and the amount of multi-dimensional data possibilities, it is very easy to end up devoting energy and resources in fruitless & non value adding work and analysis. The severity of this challenge is accentuated even more because of the paucity of human resources available in the function.
The key to overcoming this challenge is establishing a robust KPI monitoring mechanism wherein we delve deep and generate insight only in areas where the trend is different from the norm. Essentially, the prioritization mechanism needs to be very robust.
Analytical skills & able to handle large volume of data with highest accuracy levels Decision making process & provide insights to the business. Understanding of market dynamics. Flexible to adopt changes as per business requirement. Self-motivated and self -starter.
