Discover Impactful Work: Candidates should have excellent attention to detail, experience with budgets, and will be responsible for working with our Purchasing department to execute vendor payments – completing and submitting requisitions, PO approvals, invoice submissions & tracking payments Keys to Success: + Manage time sensitive invoicing process – submit for requisitions, route for PO#s, ensure all invoices are submitted to the correct account. + Workfront Expense tracking – comparing estimates to actuals across spend. + Annual Operation Plan tracking support – compare spend to budget monthly + Generate monthly finance reports, govern department wide time tracking and work with Finance partners to ensure allocations are correctly cross charged to internal business partners **Education** + Bachelor’s degree in marketing, finance or related field or equivalent work experience **Experience** + Minimum 3-5 years’ related experience + Microsoft Office, with a focus in Excel + Workfront project management system experience is a plus **Knowledge, Skills, Abilities** + Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills, ability to organize and summarize information in order to communicate key points + Self-motivated individual with a focus on predictive & proactive planning + Strong relationship building skills and the ability to work with multiple team members across departments in a collaborative and professional way **Benefits** We offer competitive remuneration, annual incentive plan bonus, healthcare, and a range of employee benefits.
