Location/Division Specific Information

We are seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Finance Specialist to support financial management for the Creative Shared Services team, based in Bangalore.

Discover Impactful Work:

Candidates should have excellent attention to detail, experience with budgets, and will be responsible for working with our Purchasing department to execute vendor payments – completing and submitting requisitions, PO approvals, invoice submissions & tracking payments

Keys to Success:

Manage time sensitive invoicing process – submit for requisitions, route for PO#s, ensure all invoices are submitted to the correct account.Workfront Expense tracking – comparing estimates to actuals across spend.Annual Operation Plan tracking support – compare spend to budget monthlyGenerate monthly finance reports, govern department wide time tracking and work with Finance partners to ensure allocations are correctly cross charged to internal business partners

Education

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, finance or related field or equivalent work experience

Experience

Minimum 3-5 years’ related experienceMicrosoft Office, with a focus in ExcelWorkfront project management system experience is a plus

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills, ability to organize and summarize information in order to communicate key pointsSelf-motivated individual with a focus on predictive & proactive planningStrong relationship building skills and the ability to work with multiple team members across departments in a collaborative and professional way
