About the Role
We’re looking for a dynamic, multi-talented individual to join our fast-paced marketing team. It’s a hybrid position that blends strategic marketing execution with high-level executive support.You’ll work closely with the senior executive, helping drive marketing initiatives while also providing agile, proactive secretarial and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Execution & Support
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
Support brand development, content creation, and event coordination.
Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
Outgoing Events & Engagement
Participate in marketing events, conferences, and networking functions.
Coordinate logistics, branding materials, and team participation for public-facing events.
Act as a brand ambassador, engaging with attendees and stakeholders to promote the company’s vision and offerings.
Capture event insights and feedback to inform future marketing strategies.
Executive & Secretarial Support
Act as a key liaison between the senior executive and internal/external stakeholders.
Manage the senior executive calendar, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics.
Prepare presentations, reports, and correspondence on behalf of the senior executive.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Attend meetings with or on behalf of the senior executive, taking notes and following up on action items.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
3+ years of experience in marketing or executive support roles.
Familiar with MS Office, Workday and SAP Concur.
Experience supporting senior executives is a plus.
