职位描述1. 私域搭建与维护: Private Domain Setup and Maintenance:
✓ 负责微信/企微/抖音/小红书等平台社群矩阵搭建、日常运营及用户分层管理(个微、企微、 社群及朋友圈素材); Information Classification: General Build and maintain community matrices on platforms such as WeChat/Enterprise WeChat/Douyin/Xiaohongshu, and manage user segmentation (including individual WeChat, Enterprise WeChat, community groups, and social media content).
✓ 制定社群规则、输出 SOP 流程,提升用户活跃度与粘性; Establish community rules, develop SOPs, and enhance user engagement and retention.
✓ 挖掘用户需求,通过内容、活动、1v1 等方式维护用户关系。 Identify user needs and maintain relationships through content, activities, and one-on-one interactions.
2. 用户增长与转化: User Growth and Conversion:
✓ 策划裂变活动、新人福利等拉新策略,完成社群/私域用户增长目标; Plan viral campaigns, newcomer benefits, and other strategies to achieve user growth targets in communities/private domains.
✓ 结合美业、会展特性设计转化路径,通过社群运营提升用户预登记及到场; Design conversion paths tailored to the beauty and exhibition industries, improving user pre-registration and attendance through community operations.
✓ 跟踪用户生命周期,制定流失预警及召回方案。 Track user lifecycles and develop churn prevention and re-engagement strategies.
3. 内容与活动策划: Content and Activity Planning:
✓ 输出私域专属内容(话术、图文、短视频等),打造高互动社群氛围; Create exclusive private domain content (e.g., scripts, graphics, short videos) to foster a highly interactive community atmosphere.
✓ 策划线上主题活动(如直播、打卡、抽奖等),提升用户参与感; Information Classification: General Organize online events (e.g., live streams, check-ins, giveaways) to boost user participation.
4. 数据分析与优化: Data Analysis and Optimization:
✓ 监控社群数据(活跃度、转化率、留存率等),定期输出分析报告; Monitor community metrics (e.g., engagement, conversion, retention rates) and produce regular analytical reports. ✓ 根据数据反馈优化运营策略,迭代社群模型; Optimize operational strategies and refine community models based on data insights.
5. 跨部门协作: Cross-Department Collaboration: 联动销售、市场,推动私域与全域营销协同。 Work with sales and marketing teams to align private domain efforts with broader marketing initiatives
职位要求1. 硬性条件: Basic Requirements:
✓ 本科及以上学历,1-3 年社群运营/用户运营经验; Bachelor’s degree or higher, with 1-3 years of experience in community/user operations;
✓ 熟悉企业微信、SCRM 工具(如企飞、微伴、企微助手等); Familiarity with Enterprise WeChat and SCRM tools (e.g., Qifei, Weiban, Enterprise WeChat Assistant).
✓ 具备基础数据分析能力,熟练使用 Excel/飞书多维表格等工具。 Information Classification: General Basic data analysis skills and proficiency in tools like Excel/Feishu Multidimensional Tables.
