Marketing Executive (12 Month FTC)

 

 

 

Is This Role For You?

A vital role within the Marketing team, the Marketing Executive will report into and work closely alongside senior members of the international marketing team to drive the success of our brands and franchises internationally. Collaborating with the wider 360 team, you will work hard to help deliver effective and impactful international & local UK campaigns, ensuring collaboration and alignment across territories and specialising in planning, managing and executing on projects related to the overarching marketing strategy.

We’re looking for a superstar for this exciting and challenging role that requires a time management, creative, self-motivation, project management and attention-to-detail skills.

What will you be doing? Campaign management Work alongside Marketing Director to create and deliver on and off-air campaigns for key MTVE INTL priorities; from campaign brief phase through to approval. Work alongside Marketing Director to manage campaign make lists and collaborate with 360 team to create and deliver campaign assets Coordinate with internal teams (creative, press, social) and external agencies for approvals and feedback rounds Liaise with local teams and programme production teams as needed to capture relevant 360 marketing assets – photography and film. Support in crafting PCAs, case studies, outlining key insights after campaigns, and tracking/sharing standard methodologies Franchise & brand strategy Ensuring all key franchise and brand guidelines are up to date and made available to internal teams and external partners Build relationships with key internal partners; key contact for MTVE brand and franchise related queries and the point of approval for any brand creative across the business Support Marketing Director to ensure Streaming needs are met for key MTVE & Kids & Family Franchises Assist team in building brand & strategy presentations for internal and external meetings Keep ahead of developments in the field of marketing, sharing with wider Marketing team and incorporating fresh research or approaches into marketing plans. Asset management & comms Manage and update the MTVE Intl Marketing priority planner, internal weekly comms emails and resource hubs. Support Marketing Director as a key liaison for MTVE International marketing teams, managing monthly meets, asset distribution and clear dissemination of information and communication between INTL & LOCAL teams Manage and update internal contact & distribution lists to ensure effective communication strategy Admin Update MTVE INTL Budget Tracker Manage POs and department expenses Adhere to company guidelines regarding production spend, expenses and T&E.

What are we looking for?

Adaptable and resilient, can manage workload in a fast-paced environment Experience in writing creative briefs that are used to build multiple media assets; from on air to social. Experience or knowledge of youth brand/media marketing as well as a keen interest in reality, music, comedy, events, kids content and general entertainment. Experience in developing social media strategies that are intrinsically linked to an overall campaign Experience in building and delivering presentations Creativity – the ability to come up with interesting ideas. Experience in assisting the development and delivery of marketing campaigns. Demonstrable evidence of implementing measurable 360 marketing campaigns Good communicator, excellent presentation skills, takes the initiative and is hard working with a positive approach. Must feel comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment Proficiency in tools like Google Suite, Excel, PowerPoint/Slides, Slack Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, approaching challenges with a positive outlook Ability to communicate effectively across local teams, fields, and complex international structures #li-mt1
