Job DescriptionJob Overview
The Marketing Executive, Creative and Publicity is a core member of the China marketing team, based in Beijing. This role plays a hybrid function across both creative services and publicity.
This role will primarily support the Director, Digital Marketing and Creative Services in managing HQ creative content workflows, local creative production, and platform campaign assets deliverables. In parallel, the position works closely with the Publicity Manager in supporting theatrical publicity communications, press coordination, and media-facing activities.
The Marketing Executive will work with the Global Creative Services and Publicity teams headquartered in the US and should be comfortable collaborating cross-functionally across creative and PR functions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coordinate HQ creative content requests, timelines, and localization workflows for film campaigns in China
• Manage the production of localized creative assets for digital platforms, partner campaigns, and roadshows
• Translate and adapt global creative and publicity materials into China-facing versions (including trailers, key art, talent quotes, production notes, etc.)
• Support the planning and execution of publicity campaigns, including but not limited to events, media junket, influencer collaboration, press release and WOM management.
• Facilitate internal cross-team communication regarding creative and publicity deliverables, acting as a central coordinator for asset tracking and execution.
• Collaborate with external vendors on creative asset production and PR event execution as needed.
• Prepare meeting materials including agendas, recaps, and presentation decks for both Creative and PR project meetings.
• Assist in maintaining brand consistency across materials delivered to external partners and platforms.
• Coordinate with internal finance and legal teams to handle documentation such as service agreements, event compliance approval, and billing schedules.

QualificationsBasic Requirements:
• 3–5 years of experience in film, advertising, creative agency, or publicity-related roles.
• Proven track record managing content workflows, cross-team collaboration, and multi-stakeholder deliverables
• Strong written/spoken English and Mandarin skills; excellent translation and localization ability across creative and publicity content.
• Familiarity with creative production processes, platform-specific content requirements, and publicity material workflows.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Keynote, and file sharing tools such as Dropbox.
