Job Responsibilities：
At this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing the company's strategic plans to achieve long-term growth and profitability goals. You will collaborate with various functional departments (both from global and local) to ensure the successful implementation of the strategic plans.
1. Develop and drive the strategic plans for China market, including category choices, brand strategy, portfolio strategy, with a clear ambition and route to ambition, landing into country's 3YP and 5YP.
2. Analyze market trends and competitive environment in China market, provide market intelligence and business insights to support decision-making and business development.
3. Collaborate with various functional departments, including sales, marketing, supply chain, and finance, to ensure overall coordination and execution of the strategic plans.
4. Cascade, consolidate, monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the strategic plans, make timely adjustments and optimizations to ensure the company's competitiveness and profitability.
5. Evaluate and access inorganic growth opportunity and lead to form the proposal to the company leadership team.
Job Requirement：
1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields. Consulting background is a plus.
2. At least 5+ years working experiences in strategic management, outstanding strategic thinking and business insights, ability to analyze market trends and competitive environment, and develop corresponding strategic plans.
3. Excellent communication and coordination skills, ability to collaborate with different functional departments and stakeholders to drive the execution of strategic plans.
4. Strong English communication skills, able to communicate and coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.
