What You'll Do
As a Senior Specialist on the North America Marketing Events team, you’ll play a central role in bringing to life high-touch, white-glove experiences for BCG’s most senior audiences across North America.
You’ll translate strategy into execution, managing the day-to-day coordination across teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery. From logistics planning and vendor management to first-pass communications and on-site coordination, you’ll bring operational excellence that enables premium, bespoke client experiences.
Acting as the connective tissue between the Senior Manager of North America Marketing Events, BCG internal teams, and our agency partners, you’ll ensure every detail—from timelines to guest lists to event flow—is executed at the standard required for our most senior stakeholders, while fostering strong collaboration with both peers and senior leaders.
You're Good At:

5+ years of experience in event planning, project management, and client program delivery.Proven ability to manage end-to-end logistics for executive-level or high-profile events.Experience supporting invitation-only, senior-executive programs, bringing discretion, polish, and attention to detail.A hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves approach—willing to do whatever it takes to ensure success, from high-level coordination to on-the-ground details.Strong organizational and communication skills, with a proven track record of collaborating effectively with cross-functional peers and senior stakeholders.Exceptional attention to detail with experience delivering all components of the end-to-end client experience, while managing competing priorities without sacrificing quality.Flexibility to adapt to evolving priorities and last-minute changes.Comfort managing multiple events simultaneously, including occasional nights and weekends as required.Willingness to travel as part of the role.Who You'll Work With
You’ll collaborate directly with the Senior Manager of North America Marketing Events, as well as our Marketing Ops, agency partners, and cross-functional marketing colleagues. You’ll also engage with external vendors and support BCG Partners in executing premium regional client events.

Format:
This role currently requires 3 days a week in office presence. This provides flexibility the remaining 40% of the work week. This hybrid work plan allows for critically important learning, collaboration, and networking with our colleagues. Specific days in the office are agreed upon by the team.
Compensation Information:
Total compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, retirement contribution, and a market leading benefits package described below.
The base salary range for this role begins at $95,000 USD in our lowest cost geography and goes up to $119,000 USD in our highest cost geography. Your recruiting contact can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
This is an estimated range and specific base salaries within the range depend on factors such as office location, experience, and skill set. It is not common for new BCG employees to be hired at the high-end of the salary range. BCG regularly reviews its ranges to ensure market competitiveness.
In addition to your base salary, your total compensation will include a discretionary bonus of up to 12% and a generous retirement contribution that starts at 5% and moves to 10% after 2 years.
