Within the Downstream and Global Chemicals marketing team, the Marketing Director will lead the Petrochemicals market segment team to develop our value proposition for the core product line, drive and manage segment innovation, support of Total Value Delivery (TVD) delivering topline growth, and create margin expansion. The Marketing Director will focus on customer-focused innovation needs, project execution and financial tracking, working closely with RD&E, the marketing team, sales, supply chain, and digital teams.
The Marketing Director will serve as an energetic project leader in the company to help the Petrochemicals team create, capture, and communicate positive impact to proactively help our customers reach their ESG and total cost of operation goals. This role reports to the Global VP Marketing for Downstream and Global Chemicals and is based in Houston, Texas. It will support both global and regional businesses with market intelligence and best practices.

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range
The base salary range for this position is $141,900.00 - $212,900.00. This position is eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentives based on performance, per plan terms. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.Benefits
