This role is crucial in channeling our scientific capabilities to positively impact patients' lives with hyperkalemia. You'll be responsible for defining, designing, executing, and measuring brand strategy across HCP & NPP segments. Collaborate with key stakeholders and drive brand performance to new heights!

AccountabilitiesLead the strategic direction and marketing execution for the brandDevelop an integrated channel marketing strategy for the disease state and brandGuide the cross-functional Brand Working Group to achieve key milestones and ensure stakeholder alignmentCreate detailed strategic and operational commercial plans that align with brand strategyCollaborate on the strategic direction, design, execution, and measurement of all marketing strategies, tactics, and activitiesDrive marketing strategies (BSP), brand positioning, core messaging, campaign development, sales integration, execution, and ROI analysisManage relationships with agencies, vendor partners, consultants, and third-party groupsWork with Insights and Analytics to identify actionable insights and performance trendsEnsure future promotional planning aligns with legal/regulatory complianceBuild sustainable relationships with thought leader advocates and customer advocacy groups

Essential Skills/ExperienceBachelor's Degree; preferably in business, marketing or the sciences8 years of Pharmaceutical or Healthcare marketing and promotions experienceHCP marketing experienceExperience leading brand strategy and executing against itProven track record of delivering strategic and operational plans within a therapeutic or business areaExperience working within cross-functional business unitsStrong communication and presentation skillsDemonstrated Learning AgilityAbility to successfully lead through ambiguity

Desirable Skills/ExperienceAdvanced DegreeSuccessful experience leading change transformationExperience in cross-channel, cross-customer marketingClinical experience in Cardiovascular Renal Metabolic therapeutic area, with a focus on hypertension is strongly preferredExperience in Market Access/Managed Markets - Strong understanding of local healthcare system pricing and reimbursementExperience in Insight/Market Research
