A Marketing & Digital Content Executive plays an important role in in achieving key objectives in line with the annual Marketing and PR plan, current initiatives and relevant activities. The Marketing and PR team performs an integral role in bringing together all function areas to ensure commercial targets are heightened. The executive role involves managing individual projects relating to marketing, media relations and internal communications and performing day-to-day administrative duties.
\nWhat will I be doing?
\nAs a Marketing & Digital Content Executive you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
\n\nCreate and execute a strategic and comprehensive advertising and Public Relations plan, including media planning as well as creative/visuals\nEnhance brand awareness within the digital space, driving website traffic, and acquiring leads/customers through compelling content and digital strategies.\nSupport the Line Manager by developing and implementing promotional activity, collateral and in-house merchandising as well as maintaining the hotels media library to include video, film and press coverage archives\nSupport the department with media relations involving tracking social media, updating press kits, archiving news releases and press coverage, maintaining media databases, coordinating interviews, and ensuring relevant administrative duties are completed in advance of media visits\nAssist in reviewing third party website content, ensuring standards are met and information is accurate, creative and current\nMake the Hotel’s newsletter (quarterly) as well as internal communications materials\nSupport development and management of contents for social media, email campaigns, and other digital platforms.\nStay up to date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.\nManage and growth of the company’s social media presence across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, TikTok, etc.).\nEngage with the online community and respond to comments/messages in a timely manner.\nAssist with and, where required, lead on-site photos shoots and hotel filming whilst ensuring all relevant administration approvals are completed and confirmed\nBe a brand champion for the hotels ensuring content aligns with brand voice, tone, and style guidelines.\nWhat are we looking for?
- 1-2 years experience in Marketing and / or Digital Content
\n- Social Media Platforms: Deep understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn (TikTok as additional value)
\n- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
\n- Positive attitude and good communication skills
\n- Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
\n- Excellent content creation and writing skills
\n- Creative thinking and attention to detail
\n- Adaptability to fast-paced, changing environments
\n- Italian native – English fluent
\nIt would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
\n- Content Creation Tools: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), Canva, or similar.
\n- SEO & Analytics: Knowledge of SEO best practices and tools like Google Analytics
