Join our team as Customer Experience Senior Specialist to lead the execution and optimization of customer relationship campaigns across the automotive lifecycle with a strategic and data-driven perspective. This role is responsible for designing personalized customer journeys, managing CRM platforms, and analyzing performance to drive leads, engagement, retention, and revenue growth.

You will:

Perform campaign execution & management.Plan, build, and launch multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications and WhatsApp) and monitor the KPIs of those (such as open rate, CTR, conversion, churn vs control group and favorite lift).Collaborate with creative, product, after sales, infinity teams to develop compelling content and offers.Implement A/B testing strategies to optimize campaign performance.Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations Customer Journey Design, assuring data integrity and proper segmentation.Map and manage customer lifecycle journeys (lead nurturing, onboarding, service reminders, loyalty).Use behavioral and transactional data to personalize communications.Identify drop-off points and optimize touchpoints to improve conversion and retention.Performance Analysis & Optimization.Build and design dashboards and reports for internal stakeholders, making recommendation of improvements based on performance trends and customer feedback.CRM Platform Management, including generation of insights from our CRM data to inform strategy and improve ROI.Main KPIs: Campaigns Positive lift conversion rate vs control group; Campaigns KPI s (Open Rate, Conversion Rate, unsubscribe rate); Performance ROI Campaigns, Customer Retention Rate, CLTV; Journeys completion rate, time to conversion, drop off rate; Lead response time; CRM Health (Data accuracy, segmentation coverage, automation efficiency).

You Need:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, IT, or related field.3+ years of CRM experience, preferably in the automotive sector.Upper Intermediate English Level.Must have: Knowledge of CRM tool such as ADOBE Suite, GitHub and Salesforce. As well as knowledge of customer lifecycle management and retention strategies.Highly desirable: Experience with SQL, Excel, and data visualization.Following Certifications would be a plus: Agile, SCRUM and CRM tools.
