Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden (WBSL) is a purpose-built, state-of-the-art film and television studio offering one of the largest facilities in the UK. This 200-acre secure site has half a million square feet of stage space, production offices and workshops together with an exterior filming tank, one of the largest indoor heated underwater filming tanks in Europe and a 100 acre back-lot. WBSL has some of the largest sound stages in the UK and is proving to be a very popular facility for production clients.

WB Leavesden Park, adjacent to the Studio, offers modern and flexible office space for Production Companies. The site also has its own, on-site Set Lighting & Rigging rental division, which provides the industry with state-of-the-art lighting equipment, scaffolding and production supplies for stage and location shoots. WB De Lane Lea based in Soho, London, provides state-of-the-art facilities in audio post-production for feature films and television.

WBSL also has an onsite childcare facility available to WB employees, onsite productions called The WonderWorks and Zone10 - an onsite gym facility to support the physical and mental wellbeing of all our employees.

These facilities make Warner Bros. Entertainment the only Hollywood studio to own and operate a production and post-production facility in the UK.

Your New Role...

Ready to take your marketing career to the next level? We're on the hunt for a creative, driven Marketing Coordinator who loves entertainment and has have a flair for turning strategy into show-stopping campaigns.

You will be assisting in the development and execution of marketing campaigns for all areas of the Warner Bros. Studio Leavesden business units, which include The Studios, Warner Bros. Set Lighting & Rigging, Warner Bros. De Lane Lea, and Warner Bros. Leavesden Park.

Your Role Responsibilities...

Update content regularly for the website and assist with larger website development projects.Work with suppliers to produce branded merchandise, managing stock take and orders.Support the senior marketing manager in creating content for the monthly newsletter.Day-to-day content management of digital noticeboards.Source, organise and manage a catalogue of images, stills and film posters.Assist with the organisation of both internal and external events.Assist with social media account management, including content creation and strategy.Design and create marketing materials and assist with larger design projects, working with agencies.Provide guidance and support to the Marketing Apprentice.

Qualifications & Experiences...

Solid experience in a Marketing roleGood understanding and use of Adobe Creative suite, including InDesign and PhotoshopWebsite CMS knowledge and experienceStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Onsite Working - This role is advertised as Onsite, meaning all working hours and days (regardless of shift pattern) will be carried out at the place of work. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement, where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
