The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the coordination and delivery of marketing activities for the Marketing Manager and in some cases the LOB Marketing Director. The role holder will be a key support in the delivery of the marketing plan and therefore a vital coordinator across all marketing teams and functions. The primary focuses of the role will be supporting the GB Retail and Global R&A within the risk and broking teams. This means the role requires working with Marketing colleagues and Line of Business teams across the global network. This is a hybrid role.

Proven experience in marketing communications across a broad spectrum of media (e.g. print, social, web, webinars and email marketing)Strong background with relevant marketing experience is essential, ideally gained within a professional services or a B2B environment. Strong project management skillsExcellent organisational skills and ability to juggle a large workload and prioritise work effectively Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)Ability to use own initiative and work unsupervised, while recognizing when to escalate issues or ask for help when requiredStrong team player with good people skills and a proven track record of providing support to other team members and building collaborative relationshipsCredibility to work with, and to influence, colleagues at all levels within the companyDesirable:
