The Role

Responsibilities include managing and overseeing the marketing department’s budget, ensuring efficient handling of financial resources and supporting the implementation of strategies that drive Hyatt Inclusive Collection’s commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Plan, administer, and monitor the marketing department’s budget, ensuring financial goals are met.

Collaborate with the marketing team to allocate resources for campaigns, events, and strategic projects.

Conduct periodic financial analyses to identify cost optimization opportunities and maximize return on investment (ROI).

Ensure proper tracking of invoices, payments, and financial reports within the department.

Prepare detailed financial reports for senior management, highlighting resource utilization and achieved results.

Ensure all departmental activities and expenses comply with corporate policies and procedures.

Assist in developing marketing plans that consider financial and budgetary aspects.

Stay updated on trends in financial management and technology applications in marketing.
