Comcast NBCUniversal has announced its intent to create a new publicly traded company ('Versant') comprised of most of NBCUniversal's cable television networks, including USA Network, CNBC, MSNBC, Oxygen, E!, SYFY and Golf Channel along with complementary digital assets Fandango, Rotten Tomatoes, GolfNow, GolfPass, and SportsEngine. The well-capitalized company will have significant scale as a pure-play set of assets anchored by leading news, sports and entertainment content. The spin-off is expected to be completed during 2025.

Job Description

Beginning from October 2025, we are looking for a highly organized and hands-on team member to temporarily support our Universal Pictures International Switzerland marketing team for up to 12 months in the execution of film campaigns. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating key aspects of our film campaigns – from creative production and localization to event logistics, promotional partnerships, and administrative workflows.

Creative production and coordination of marketing materials

Oversight of trailer and spot localization for media campaigns, including coordination of mixes, quality control, approvals, and timely deliveryManagement and coordination of external creative agencies throughout the development processCross-functional collaboration at the local and international level with the goal of ensuring that all integrated elements of a campaign are implemented as planned and according to the highest standards

Media, promotion and event support

Support in the planning and execution of promotions in collaboration with brand and media partnersCoordination of event logistics and production of POS materialsContribution to the implementation of media campaign elements, with a focus on performance reporting and post-campaign evaluation

Financial and administrative coordination

Creation and management of purchase orders and budget trackingMaintenance of cost overviews and support in internal financial reportingAssistance with vendor onboarding and coordination of internal approval workflows

Qualifications

Your profile:

You have completed training or further education in marketing and have professional experience in a comparable roleYou are business fluent in German, English, and French (written and spoken)You have a good understanding of all relevant digital platformsYou know how to maintain and develop relationships with internal and external partiesYou have excellent organizational skills, as well as the ability to make decisions and meet deadlinesYou are quick on the uptake and used to working in a structured and independent mannerYou have the ability to think in a networked manner and implement several campaigns simultaneouslyYou are creative and results-oriented
