What you’ll be doing:

Administrative SupportManage shared team inboxes, distribute prizes, occasionally order breakfast/lunch for satellite teamsCoordinate logistics for club mailings (order branded items, print labels, create a stuffing system for volunteers) and submit data to third-party vendor for fulfillmentCampaign & Contest ManagementAssist in the planning and execution of company-wide engagement campaigns and contestsOwn the process from ideation to wrap-up; build budgets, create brackets, promote participation and record resultsCollaborate with internal POCs to drive engagement and ensure successful outcomesTrack project timelines and ensure all tasks are completed accurately and on timeTeam SupportHelp streamline internal processes to improve efficiency and expand engagement reachContribute to brainstorming sessions and help bring new ideas to lifeProvide overflow support to Events Team and assist with cross-functional initiatives


What you need:

1-2 years of experience in a collaborative, fast-paced environment Proven ability to manage multiple projects with varying levels of complexity Strong organizational and administrative skills with a sharp eye for detailAbility to facilitate light physical tasks such as moving boxes or equipment (up to 25 lbs.)Flexibility to occasionally work evenings to support special eventsProficiency in MS Office, especially Excel + excellent communication and customer service skillsA self-starting mentality and willingness to take on additional administrative tasks as needed
