POSITION SUMMARY
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Marketing Department in the execution of various marketing campaigns, tactics, and ad hoc projects. This role ensures seamless coordination and delivery of marketing tasks, project management of ad hoc marketing requests, and administrative support for department's senior leaders. Duties may include, but are not limited to, helping to facilitate projects in coordination with internal clients, external vendors, and agencies to ensure marketing initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
Duties may include:
Marketing support: Assist in planning, executing, and tracking marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including tracking project milestones, deliverables and deadlines. Coordinate project logistics, ensuring campaigns align with organizational goals and timelines. Manage vendor contracts, invoicing, and billing to ensure proper documentation and payment. Develop and disseminate internal communication messaging to support marketing initiatives. Development and distribution of meeting agendas, minutes as well as report and presentation materials. Marketing Budget Support: Preparing RTPs, processing of expense reports, invoices, performing budget reconciliation. Administrative and Office management: Coordinate the needs of the department from a day-to-day basis (ordering supplies, arranging office moves) and make recommendations for efficiencies. Organize schedules to maximize productivity and minimize conflicts. This includes scheduling meetings, conferences, department functions, travel plans and data entry of time sheets for department members.
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Marketing, Communication, Public relations or Advertising.
LICENSE/CERTIFICATION: Valid NJ Driver's License required.
EXPERIENCE:
2-4 years of professional marketing experience preferred. Working knowledge of the fundamentals of marketing practices required. Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications required. Familiarity with social media platforms and digital tools. Strong Organizational and project management skills, as well as attention to detail Excellent professional written and verbal communications skills required as well as outstanding proofreading skills Firm grasp on various marketing platforms and channels Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize task and meet deadlines Ability to work in fast-paced environment without sacrificing quality of work product

WORK ENVIRONMENT
This position requires some walking/standing and may have prolonged periods of sitting. Works with such equipment as computer terminal, fax machine, printer, telephone and copier as well as lifting up to 20 lbs. Essential functions for this position are listed on the Assessment and Evaluation Tool.
