**The Opportunity**
We are looking for a resourceful individual to provide marketing support while working in a highly collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities
+ Creates a wide variety of marketing materials that may include maps, advertisements, demographic reports, and brochures for in-house and client presentations using advanced graphic software.
+ Develop and execute brand, property marketing and social media strategy for team and client projects.
+ Manages the day-to-day marketing operations of the team and its client projects.
+ Organizes and maintains filing system, file correspondence, and other records.
+ Organizes the preparation and production of customized, client specific property information packages in response to Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
+ Coordinates complex on/offsite meetings and conferences. May schedule appointments keep critical dates.
+ Other duties may be assigned.
**What we require**
+ University degree or equivalent from 2-year college required.
+ 3 years’ experience providing marketing support to a team of professionals is preferred.
+ Experience and/or interest in the Real Estate industry is preferred but not required.
+ Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
+ Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint and InDesign.
+ Analytical thinker with strong marketing knowledge and web publishing skills.
