The closing date for external applications will be **Wednesday 30th July 2025.** No relocation is offered for this position. **Core Responsibilities** + Brings campaigns to life by supporting regional (EMEA-wdie) activations — from buzz-worthy events and store openings to impactful PR outreach. + Keeps store teams in the loop by producing and uploading key content like directives, calendars, and responses to on-the-fly marketing needs. + Champions Local Marketing, driving partnerships with EMEA malls and high street associations to amplify retail impact. + Owns and updates the EMEA Marketing Calendar, ensuring everything runs like clockwork. + Builds relationships with PR, Events, and Media agencies to deliver seamless execution. + Collaborates across teams — from Visual Merchandising to Retail Ops — to align and elevate every marketing moment. + Spots smarter ways to work byidentifyingtools, processes, and opportunities to boost team efficiency. + Lends flexible, all-around support to the Marketing Director and wider team wheneverit’sneeded. **Do you have what it takes.** + Passion for Retail Marketing including knowledge of in store shopper touchpoints and/or experience of delivering in store marketing campaigns. + Hands on retail experience with marketing savvy. + Excellent English written and verbal communication skills. + Excellent working knowledge of the MS Office Suite. + Calm and flexible approach, ability to manage multiple projects and thrives in a global, fast-paced retail environment. + Excellent organisation and attention to detail skills. + Problem solver, resourceful, ambitious, and proactive. \#LI-MD1 **Play your part in our team succeeding** Join our EMEA Regional Marketing team, where we turn global plans into standout local experiences across LEGO Stores and LEGO.com.
