About the Client:

A successful boutique investment firm in Mayfair with additional offices in the US. The business have been gradually growing but has maintained an exceptionally low turnover - a true testament to the fantastic company culture! They are looking for a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to join their team.

About the Marketing Coordinator Role:

This is a fantastic newly created Marketing Coordinator position which will involve supporting a small team of Investment professionals and their clients with organizing roadshows. Responsibilities as the Marketing Coordinator will involve (but are not limited to):

Organising complex travel itineraries including flights, hotels and ground transportConfirming meetings and locations with clientsLiaising with clients on production and delivery of presentations and marketing materialsUpdating and maintaining Salesforce (CRM System) databaseAd-hoc administrative support to the team, which could include diary management, supporting with office management and handling incoming calls

Candidate Specification:

Good experience of administration within an office environmentStrong organizational skills and excellent attention to detailMuck-in, collaborative, team-oriented attitude

Additional Information:

Competitive salary up to £40k depending on experience and the business offer competitive additional benefitsHours are 9am - 6pm and the business offer hybrid working of 2 days from home, with 3 days in the Mayfair officeThis is a 12 month FTC to cover a maternity leaveLate July/early August start
